This lovely apartment is located in a quiet village on the French Riviera between Nice, Antibes and Cannes. It’s an apartment of about 90 square meters consisting of a large living room, a complete kitchen, two large bedrooms, two bathrooms and two wonderful balconies overlooking the garden and the condominium swimming pool.

Here the work was aimed at preparing the apartment for vacancy. One of the rooms has been modified to obtain an extra bed and inserted sofa beds in the living room, bringing the occupational potential of the apartment from 4 to 9 peoples. The equipment of the apartment was analyzed and varied by inserting plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, international television services through internet and WiFi free for guests.

Absolutely white sheets, towels and bathroom accessories were chosen so that they could be washed at high temperatures for hygienic reasons. In cases like this the approach with which the work is done is obviously very different, as the needs of those who live in an apartment for a week are differents from those who rent it for long periods of time.

For this apartment I also took care of it’s management. Insertion of the announcements in the portals of reference like Airbnb, Home Holiday, HomeAway, Booking, as well as the management of check in-check out, customer assistance, feedbak. I must say with excellent results both in terms of bookings and of subsequent confirmations.
