I’m Daniela and I work as a Home Stager.

The Home Staging is a winning combination of different disciplines applied to the real estate universe. I don’t offer a service aimed simply at embellishing a building, but a set of integrated services ranging from marketing knowledge, interior photography, design, organization and management of spaces, materials analysis, knowledge of the real estate market of new trends and fashion.

IN CUNEO, ITALIA

APARTMENT  3

his studio was a real bet with the owner. Given the state in which it was left by the previous tenant, the owner company was determined to change all the furniture.

I calmed them down and took care of minimizing, even in this case the investment, as the goal of this apartment was its profitability for the property. I convinced them to let me do it and I have to say that in this case, I won their trust.

A radical cleaning and the apartment has changed skin. I replaced the old appliques with new LED panels, so as to create economic savings even for future tenants.

Repaint the walls, put here also a new bed instead of the sofa bed and with a very little investment. The works lasted 10 days in all and … unbelievable but true, on the first appointment, after only a few hours from the end of the works, it was rented!

It was love at first sight….!

APARTMENT 13

Apartment 13 is a very bright and welcoming studio apartment of about 45 m2. The purpose for which the assignment was given is residential lease.

I decided to change the layout, using a large existing wardrobe, covering the back with plasterboard, to separate the living area from the sleeping area and at the same time create a small sitting area to relax.

Despite being a studio apartment, it has all the comforts thanks to its larger size than normal. The decoration on the wall of the sleeping area with large vertical lines has been eliminated, preferring white. With this minimum intervention the apartment was immediately brighter, larger and more usable. Its market value has grown as well as the target customer base for its location.

It was rented within a few weeks.

IN CUNEO, ITALIA

BORGO GESSO

As soon as I walked through the door of this small apartament I immediately fell in love with it. Small and not very bright but charming.

From the front door you could see a glimmer of light coming from the back of the room. I followed him and, opening the window, I was on a small terrace with an open view of the city of Cuneo. This work was a “turnkey”; a total renovation. I took care of choosing the designer and the restructuring company and obviously of materials and furnishings.

On the third floor of an apartment building in a very quiet area, this attic came a little masterpiece. Curated. functional and with all the comforts of a normal apartment. Despite being sloping and small (less than 30 square meters), playing with a beautiful bright white and neutral furnishings it turned out to be a great job. The small terrace, with just a few touches and recovering an old rusty iron table with its chairs, is a small favor overlooking the Cuneo bell towers. 

He met his first tenant only a few days later and I knew he still hasn’t left.

ENTRACQUE

In the heart of Entracque, a small mountain town in the Piedmont Alps, I made this particular home staging project.

By choice of the owners, minimal work was done. The intervention has seen a decluttering by emptying the apartment from years of family history and recomposing the rooms with care and attention. The furnishings have remained the originals and it it has not been repainted.

The goal was to improve the characteristics of the apartment so that it continued to be perceived the romance of the past.

The apartment was abandoned for several years and it was like time had stopped in that place.

With very little investment, the apartment was sold very quickly despite the low demand in the area.
