Black House

This is the second apartment I build in this complex with Greek features ..

A union of impeccable colors between white roofs and the blue background of the sea, one of the most beautiful views of the Adeje coast with sunsets to take your breath away.

Without forgetting the perfect climate thanks to the sea breeze that rises at dusk.

At first glance, the apartment looked tired, worn and without personality.

After a careful study, I realized that its colors were black and white….Let us remember that everything and every person has its own colors, therefore also 3A.

The mix of these 2 neutral colors and their contrast made this apartment more bright, elegant and refined.

I deliberately added things dear to me in order to convey that warmth to future guests that fantastic emotion I feel, when I look at them.

The old books found in a flea market in Italy, the print of a photo made by one of mine dear friend, a sprig found with my son during a Sunday walk ..

Then comes the final part ..

Preparing for the vacation rental.

But in the end I always wondered, why did I want to specialize in this?

Because the numbers don’t lie ..

May 2021 we have included 3A in one of the many vacation rental portals.

After a few days the first booking arrives, after less than a week already the first guests.

August 2021 employment rate of the first 3 months 86.5%….Considering the pandemic and that the Canary Islands are not a big tourist destination in the summer
