Apartment 9

Apartment 9 is located in a building from the late 50s. 

It is located in a building with great potential in the center of Cuneo, where the property has several apartaments of which I dealt personally. Given its small size, about 35 m2, I decided to repaint the apartment in white to give more light and space and to replace the sofa bed with a traditional bed. In this case, managing to make a space for the bed was a winning choice. 

Anyone is looking for a studio apartment to rent it appreciates much more the offer of a bed than a sofa bed. Part of the furniture has been reused to contain the investment.

The work received excellent feedback and was rented in just 10 days.
