Apartment 3

This studio was a real bet with the owner. Given the state in which it was left by the previous tenant, the owner company was determined to change all the furniture.

I calmed them down and took care of minimizing, even in this case the investment, as the goal of this apartment was its profitability for the property.

I convinced them to let me do it and I have to say that in this case, I won their trust. A radical cleaning and the apartment has changed skin. I replaced the old appliques with new LED panels, so as to create economic savings even for future tenants.

Repaint the walls, put here also a new bed instead of the sofa bed and with a very little investment.

The works lasted 10 days in all and … unbelievable but true, on the first appointment, after only a few hours from the end of the works, it was rented!

It was love at first sight….!
