Apartment 13 is a very bright and welcoming studio apartment of about 45 m2. The purpose for which the assignment was given is residential lease.
I decided to change the layout, using a large existing wardrobe, covering the back with plasterboard, to separate the living area from the sleeping area and at the same time create a small sitting area to relax.
Despite being a studio apartment, it has all the comforts thanks to its larger size than normal.
The decoration on the wall of the sleeping area with large vertical lines has been eliminated, preferring white.
With this minimum intervention the apartment was immediately brighter, larger and more usable. Its market value has grown as well as the target customer base for its location.
It was rented within a few weeks.
