Apartment Armando Diaz

For this contract I was lucky enough to work in a building with a unique charm. Located in the heart of the historic center of Cuneo. The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom and a laundry area.

The building dates back to the 14th century and the wooden coffered ceiling and an imposing wodden beam that cuts the hall lengthwise, immediately stand out in the apartment. After years on the market for the sale I was contacted by the owner to make it to income. In this case I worked to furnish it and make it functional and comfortable for future tenants.

After years on the market, once my work was finished, it was rented in a few weeks, with an excellent yield.
